Do the following steps to integrate our API in your program
  • Add the web service to your project and call the web service method GetScore(string inputdata)
  • Here inputdata have data in the following XML format:

  • You can add maximum 100 <query> in a single API call.
  • The Web service method GetScore(string inputdata) return the output data in the following XML format.

  • You can use the <id> to identify the sentimental value of your input items.
  • The result tag in output data contains the sentimental value of each element you passed to the sentimental analysis api. You can convert this to
    • Neutral = -0.25 to 0.25
    • Bad = Between -0.25 and -0.75
    • Very Bad = Less than or equal to -0.75
    • Good = Between 0.25 and 0.75
    • Very Good = Greater than or equal to 0.75
  • You can change the ranges given above to determine the sentiment type as you like. OR you can add more types or remove any types based on your requirement.
  • There are limits to the number of calls you can make per hour/day/month etc. If you want to increase the call limit, please contact us.
  • Authentication - There is no explicit authentication mechanism, you just include your API key in each and every call to the API.
  • Error Messages - Our API will return error messages if something goes wrong, to help you debug your applications. Error messages are User not authorized, Invalid xml etc.
